With over 340 successful refinance and purchase transactions completed during his first four years, and funding over $81 million volume, Kevin has become one of the top loan consultants in the United States. His closing ratios are in the top of his industry. Kevin obtained his real estate brokerage license in 2006 to better serve his clients.

What has made Kevin successful? Determination to represent his clients for their best needs, a quick response time, and a very high success ratio. These qualities are augmented with the unique ability to explain the entire purchase or refinance process to each client's level of understanding. Prior to loan consulting, Kevin Draughon was employed as a finance/business manager for a building materials distribution company. Other previous experience includes five years as a general manager for a successful new business, financial analyst, and accountant. Kevin has always found joy in numbers, and has always enjoyed talking to people about their own financial situations. He is fortunate to do what he loves for employment.

Kevin was raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and completed his business administration degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Go Tarheels! He has lived in North Carolina, Switzerland, Seattle WA area, and now in California. Enjoyable activities when he has time includes basketball, running, tennis, bowling, disc golf, hiking, and reading.
